Baseline Shift a a student lead team in the Typography Department at the University of Reading which organise weekly professional talks for the students in the Graphic Communication course. I have been a part of the team since Spring 2021 and became a team co-leader (with Adam Powell) during the Summer 2022.

As part of the Baseline Shift team we contact potential speakers, organise the schedule, promote each talk within the department, online and on social media as well as host each session and write a blog post about the individual Baseline Shift Talks.
